GOVERNANCE

Policies & Governance

Our policies reflect our commitment to transparency, fairness, and regulatory compliance. All policies are reviewed annually.

01

Admissions Policy

Lloyds Global College provides a fair, transparent, and inclusive admissions process. Applications are assessed using qualifications, relevant experience, and the applicant's ability to complete the chosen programme. Recognition of Prior Learning may be considered where standard criteria are not met.

02

Complaints Policy

We encourage concerns to be raised promptly. Start with informal resolution through the relevant department, submit a formal written complaint if unresolved, and request a final senior review where necessary. Formal complaints are normally resolved within 20 working days.

03

Appeals Policy

Learners may appeal academic decisions, assessment results, progression outcomes, or disciplinary actions. Appeals should be submitted in writing within 10 working days and include the grounds and supporting evidence.

04

Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data is processed only where necessary for educational delivery, administration, and legal obligations, in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Individuals may request access, correction, or appropriate deletion.

05

Equality & Diversity

We promote equality of opportunity and an inclusive environment. We do not discriminate on the basis of age, disability, gender, race, religion or belief, sexual orientation, or any protected characteristic.

06

Academic Integrity & Malpractice

Learners must produce original work and reference sources appropriately. Plagiarism, collusion, fabricated data, and attempts to gain unfair advantage are investigated through formal procedures.
